Arab Youth Empowerment participated in its flagship psychosocial support programme "Ready to overcome" at the European Society for Prevention Research workshop in September 2021. Scientists and experts in prevention discussed the challenges and opportunities under the slogan "From threat to opportunity - and back again?" Digital prevention in the wake of the coronavirus pandemic.

The youth empowerment team was also invited to present the programme and its results at the fifteenth International Tools Fair, held in Porto, Portugal, in October 2021. This toolkit was explored by participants, as it can be easily adapted to different contexts to support children in expressing and dealing with their feelings after trauma. Participants from several European countries showed interest in implementing the program in line with their local environments.
