"Professional Experience" is a program that works to bridge the gap between education and career, helping young people to gain early career experience and develop their basic skills for a successful future

Main activities

Main activities include

Establishing partnerships with local actors
Recruitment and training of career experience guides
Attracting participants from schools and civil society organizations
Hosting four workshops on career experience
Invite participants to tour the guide's workplace Hosting the fifth workshop there
Monitoring and evaluation of the programme
Documenting lessons learned and disseminating knowledge
