The Youth Empowerment Association held its charity dinner in Beirut on 19 December 2023, with 300 guests gathered to support its work in empowering children and young people. The effectiveness was aimed at strengthening the Foundation's efforts to strengthen the capacities of young people to prevent risky behaviours and promote a healthy lifestyle.

Ms. Thoraya Ismail, Board Member and Chief Executive Officer of the Youth Empowerment Society Foundation, presented a 15-year journey of dedication and commitment towards the fulfilment of the Foundation's mission. This mission focuses on providing opportunities for a healthy and healthy life for children and young people by providing them with knowledge and confidence to confront the various forms of risky behaviours and challenges they may face.

The ceremony was hosted by Ms. Mariana Wehbe and was interspersed with live passages by musician Michel Fadel and artist Abu, accompanied by the Lassen Choir.

Under the slogan "# MelodiesOfYouthEmpowerment", individuals, private companies and the media collaborated to serve a common cause - enabling children and young people to protect themselves from risky behaviors.

The Youth Empowerment Association expresses its gratitude to all those contributing to the success of this event, whose bonds will support the implementation of its awareness-raising and preventive programmes and projects in Lebanon and the Arab world.
